ABOUT US
Empowering lives, transforming communities, and spreading hope through compassion and faith.
Our Mission
At Second Chance Foundation International, our mission is to restore hope and dignity to vulnerable individuals—including orphans, widows, ex-convicts, victims of sex trafficking and early marriage, and those living in extreme poverty. We provide academic scholarships, essential resources, vocational training, and business capital to help them rebuild their lives, become self sufficient, and positively impact their communities.

Our Vision
To see a world where every vulnerable individual is empowered with hope, dignity, and opportunity—breaking cycles of poverty, injustice, and despair through education, restoration, and sustainable transformation.
Core Values
1
Compassion
We extend Christ-like love and kindness to the vulnerable—seeing their pain, listening to their stories, and serving with heartfelt empathy.
2
Integrity
We operate with honesty, transparency, and accountability. We are faithful stewards of the resources entrusted to us.
3
Faith in Action
Inspired by James 1:27, we live out our faith by serving orphans, widows, and the marginalized, not in words only, but in deeds.
4
Empowerment
We go beyond charity to build capacity. We equip individuals with skills, opportunities, and support to become self-reliant and purpose-driven.
5
Excellence
We pursue excellence in every aspect of our work, knowing that excellence honors both God and the people we serve.
6
Collaboration
We believe in the power of unity. By working with churches, communities, and local leaders, we multiply our impact and deepen our reach.
7
Hope & Restoration
Every life is redeemable. We believe in second chances—restoring hope, dignity, and purpose to every soul we touch.
Founding Stories
Second Chance Foundation International was born from the personal journey of our founder, Rev. Clement Ngala a man who intimately understands the pain of being an orphan.
Growing up at one time without parents, Clement experienced hardship, rejection, and hopelessness. But through divine grace and the compassion of his uncle, he found a second chance. That experience ignited a passion in his heart to ensure that no child, widow, or vulnerable person is left behind without hope or help.
As a pastor, Clement holds firmly to the truth in James 1:27: “Pure and undefiled religion before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble.” He believes that every church and every believer should be active in meeting the needs of the vulnerable.
Second Chance Foundation International exists to restore hope and dignity to orphans, widows, ex convicts, and victims of trafficking, early marriage, and poverty. Through educational support, shelter, vocational training, and sustainable development, we empower people to rebuild their lives and become contributors to their communities.
We are not just an organization. We are a movement fueled by compassion, committed to justice, and driven by the belief that every life deserves a second chance.
